Lena May's offers the following Return Policy: We are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. New products may be returned within 10 days for a replacement only if defective or damaged and must be in un-used and "like new" sellable condition. Please contact us about any specific problem and we will try our best to resolve any difficulties in a satisfactory method. Items may be returned for replacement if they are defective, and are returned with all packaging and parts in same condition as received. All returns must be clearly marked "Return: RMA#________" with you your Return Authorization Number on the out side of the box and printed clearly on your invoice/receipt. Damage: Please contact shipper (UPS, FedEx) first if your products are damaged on arrival. Important Note: We do not refund shipping and handling unless we sent the wrong item.
